They need to buy a tape measure and learn how to read an order

Ordered 23 1/2 X 23 1/2 X 1 from this company through WALMNART. Guess what? The person filling the orders is either:
1. illiterate and cannot read
2. sight impaired
3. just does not care
They sent me 24X24X1. Did they assume I would just jam the filter into place? I read other reviews and major complaint was the same. Will dispute all charges if I do not get money back with cc company.

Delivery took far longer than expected

The website says "ships within 4 business days." I assumed it would be here within 4 business days. I got an email 4 business days after purchase saying the delivery process, from Florida to California, is beginning today.

Knowing how long it will take for a product to arrive is useful information. Knowing how long it will take before the seller begins the delivery process is marginally useful.

I believe "ships within 4 business days" was advertised with the intention of leading customers to believe this was the time period they should expect to wait for their purchase to arrive at their houses.

Next time I will know better and buy from another company. Maybe I can save some people the hassle. Hopefully someone reads this and just buys their filters from another place that will deliver their filters faster.

Order from somewhere else

So, I placed my order on 8/2/2021. Got an email 8 days later on 8/10/2021 that the order had shipped. As of today, 8/20/2021 it's still in transit. The FedEx tracking shows it's basically been sent on a trip around the US. It was bounced around several locations in Kansas for 4 days, 8/14 through 8/17; really!!!.
On the sellers site it says they're not responsible for delays with the carrier, makes sense, but anytime I've ordered something that FedEx was delivering it takes forever. Maybe the seller should consider a more reliable carrier. By the time the filters get here, probably Monday 8/23 it will have been 3 1/2 weeks from the date of order, completely unacceptable. I've had items ordered from China that have gotten here quicker!

The air filters I ordered arrived quickly and in excellent packaging. The price was good. No complaints at all. I highly recommend this company.

Air Filters Delivered is an excellent vendor with an excellent product!

Air Filters Delivered has become my go-to source for central air system filters. Their filters are very well made (better than general commercial brands). The filters come in better sizing than is available at most stores. My deliveries have arrived quickly and intact. This company and product offers excellent value.

Poor Service

When I searched their Website for the filter size I needed, many other sizes came up and I had to look through a large number of filters to find what I needed and I didn’t realize I ordered 2” thick instead of 1”. When they arrived, I sent an email to the company to return them (they allow 30 days to return), but the response said they wouldn't get back to for 5 days. When the response came, all it said was that my order shipped, but mentioned nothing about returning the filters. I called them, waited on hold 30+ minutes and spoke to someone about returns. They sent me 2 labels to print and attach to the 2 boxes and said they were charging me $9.50 for the error--never offered to help me order the correct size. I drove the boxes to FedEx that same day and the next day, they sent a third box of filters I didn't order (their mistake this time). I sent another email requesting a third label to return them and again got a note that they would respond in 5 days, and the response only said my filters had shipped--no mention of the needed label. Weeks went by and they finally sent me a label to return the box they mistakenly sent. I should have been able to charge them $9.50 for getting in my car, driving to FedEx on my time and gasoline to return the filters they sent by mistake. So in conclusion, I’m out $9.50 and still have no filters. I have an odd size so I’m just going to go to the store, buy a larger size, cut them down with scissors and tape the cardboard ends. No more ordering from this place.

Terrible customer service from the start.

I haven't even bought anything from them. I simply wanted to verify the sizes that they will actually ship. It's been 3 weeks now and zero response. I had the filters I thought I wanted already in the cart and ready to commit to a purchase. But before I did that I wanted to insure that I was getting what I think I'm getting. Again, no response. Why would I want to buy something from a company that does not appear as though they want my business. Thank goodness I changed my mind and didn't buy anything from them. And I'm definitely not going to. I can only imagine if they took my money already and sent me the wrong filters or even a filter that wasn't even the rating they claimed it to be. Then what? The only thing I would be able to do is small claims court after that.

Absolute incompetance

Absolute incompetance. I placed my order on 9/4 and have not received any info at all. My order shows up on the website. I emailed them a week ago and still no response. I have been on hold now for over an hour listening to the standard "all our associates are busy." I tried to cancel my order on the web site, the confirmation says error and never processes. I went to Home Depot because I don't want my unit to get messed up.

Paid for filters that didn't arrive

I ordered air filters on 9/1/20 and received a quick response that the filters would be shipped and I would be notified in 5 days. On 9/10/20, I wrote to inquire, as I had not been notified about the status of the order. The response: wait 5 more days. I emailed again today (9/17/20) and received a response so quickly it must have been written by a robot: wait another 5 days.
